If you gift £50 or more to our mission, we will send you an official Black Heart Foundation cap, beanie or t-shirt as a thank you for your generous support of our work.

We are a charity so please note that although we
will do our best to honour your preferred size and
colour of the item chosen we may not be able to
send you your first choice.
